Our two-component bonding systems are processed with 4% of hardener (accelerator) and provide excellent contact-bonding properties. With a working life of up to 6 hours, the Cement BC series offers optimized properties for large-surface application in the areas of corrosion and wearing protection. Carefully harmonized raw materials, consistent production and the high quality standard of our supplies ensure excellent stability during storage. Areas of application: Two-component adhesives for robust rubber-to rubber, rubber-to-fabric or rubber-to-metal joints, for applications in corrosion protection.
		- Primers REMA TIP TOP Metal Primers are used as bonding agents for elastomer-to-metal joints. Primers improve the adhesive and cohesion strength. Harmonized primers and adhesives provide a bonding system with outstanding physical properties. Beyond the excellent rubber-to-metal bond, primers provide for additional temporary corrosion prevention of the prepared steel surface, with low consumption and easy application. Areas of application: REMA TIP TOP Metal Primers are used for preparatory treatment of metal surfaces. The utilization of primers increases the bonding force and temperature stability of rubber-to-metal bonds and ensures the stability of the bond under high static and dynamic loads.
