Non-vulcanised CHEMONIT hard rubber lining systems are based on high-quality synthetic and natural rubbers of the most advanced kind. They are suitable for applications in the process industry at temperatures of up to 125° C. After application, CHEMONIT hard rubber lining systems are vulcanised in the autoclave, although special formulations of some materials allow on-site vulcanisation with hot water or steam. German DIBt approval for use in the storage of water-hazardous substances acc. to §19 of the German Water Ecology Act is in place for many CHEMONIT systems. The non-porous rubber sheets are prduced by vacuum extrusion in layer thicknesses of 2 to 6 mm. |
